Acrylic artwork "Here I Am"

"HERE I AM" by Eva Johnova

framed in white frame

"HERE I AM" is a playful original painting full of quiet confidence and character.

An oversized deep-green hat almost completely hides the figure beneath it, while bold imperfect stripes and an elongated black neck create a quirky, slightly mysterious personality. Set against a softly textured blue background, the limited palette keeps the piece fresh and contemporary while allowing its unusual character to take centre stage.

The deliberately uneven lines, visible brushwork and imperfect shapes are an important part of the artwork — giving it the spontaneous, almost naive quality that makes each piece unique.

There is no face and no obvious story. Just a figure standing confidently in their space, as if to say: Here I am.
