Furniture appliques (aka onlays or mouldings) can turn an ugly and ordinary piece of furniture into a beautiful focal piece. They're also not just for adding to furniture! These decorative mouldings can be applied to frames, cabinets, doors, planters, books or pretty much anything you want to fancy up with extra detail.
Our appliques are made of resin and come in white colour. They are slightly bendable if left in hot water a for few minutes. The best way to attach an applique onto the piece you are working on is to use one of (Wood Glue, No More Nails, Joint Compound or a Glue Gun). My personal favourite is SELLEYS LIQUID NAILS ADHESIVE.
The appliques can be painted over (as its made of plastic material, don't forget to use primer before you paint it). Please see the pictures below for a step by step process for turning an old TV unit into a beautiful chic piece of furniture.
